KinesiologistKinesiologist
Becky has over 6 years of clinical, research and workplace experience focusing on acute and chronic exercise rehabilitation, biomechanical coaching, concussion recovery and sustainable return to work or sport. Her passion is to educate others on physical health and wellness to improve their quality of life. Becky received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge.
Cass brings over 30 years of experience supporting individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries or sports related injuries. He also has extensive experience performing ergonomic assessments across a variety of industries. Cass is dedicated to helping clients regain function, prevent re-injury and return to their activities of daily living. Cass completed his Bachelor of Physical Education in Exercise Science from the University of British Columbia.

Charlene oversees the strategic planning, daily operations and client relations at Prevention Works. She has over 25 years of operational and human resources experience working with multidisciplinary clinics in the healthcare industry. Charlene received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Occupational TherapistOccupational Therapist
Gerda has over 14 years of experience working with diverse client populations in the fields of occupational rehabilitation, medical legal assessment and ergonomics. In her role within the medical legal industry, she has been accepted as an expert witness by the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Gerda graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the National University of Ireland.

Karen oversees the clinical services and provides mentorship to all team members at Prevention Works. Karen has over 17 years of clinical experience in providing return to work rehabilitation and medical legal services. In her role within the medical legal industry, she has been accepted as an expert witness by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Katherine has over 4 years of clinical experience working with a diverse client population, focusing on injury rehabilitation, movement optimization, return to work and active lifestyle support. She is passionate about helping people feel stronger and move better in their everyday lives. Katherine graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She is fluent in Mandarin and French.

He is conversational in Mandarin.

Sarah started her career working in occupational rehabilitation programs focused on supporting injured workers recover and return to work. She has since worked in various roles with a focus on assessment and restoration of function of individuals who have experienced occupational and non-occupational injuries, diseases or disability. Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy at Queen’s University and her Master of Health Administration at the University of British Columbia.

He is a strong advocate for preventative health, promoting proactive approaches to well-being and long-term wellness. Victor earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. He is conversational in Cantonese.
